FAQ & Help
Quick answers for grown-ups. Still stuck? We’re a friendly email away.
Are the videos really free?
Yes. Every character's "Meet Me" intro and the first learning videos are free forever. Oodleloo Premium unlocks the full library of Learn, Sing and Play videos, with a 3-day free trial so you can try before you pay.
What do I get with Premium?
Premium unlocks every learning video for all 14 friends, with new ones added regularly. It is one simple membership for the whole family, on any device.
How does the free trial work?
Your Premium trial lasts 3 days. You will not be charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time from My account, My subscription, with a couple of taps. Premium+ does not have a trial: it includes creation tools that cost us money every time they are used, so it bills from the day you join.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to My account, My subscription, and open the billing portal. You can switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, or cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid period.
Are the toys official?
Yes. Oodleloo is an authorized MatMire Makes seller. Our flexi toys, UV stickers and magnets are made from the original licensed designs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are made to order and usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. See our Shipping and Returns page for delivery times, costs and our refund policy.
What are favorites and the wishlist?
Signed-in families can heart up to 5 favorite characters and star any products to save them to a wishlist for later, handy for birthday and holiday planning.
Is Oodleloo safe for kids?
Yes. We never collect information from children, we use no behavioral tracking of kids, and every video is reviewed by an adult. See our Child Safety and COPPA page for the full details.
What ages is Oodleloo for?
Oodleloo is designed for young children, ages 3 to 8, with gentle pacing, one clear idea per video, and plenty of repetition.
