Made just for you
Our flexi toys, UV stickers and magnets are lovingly made to order. Because each item is produced after you buy, please allow 2-5 business days for us to make and pack your order before it ships.
Shipping rates & times
- • Standard shipping, $4.99 (5-7 business days after dispatch).
- • Express shipping, $9.99 (2-3 business days after dispatch).
- • Free standard shipping on orders over $35.
- • You choose your shipping speed at checkout, and it’s added to your total there.
- • We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon, join our newsletter and we’ll let you know the moment we open it up.
- • You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping email with tracking (where available) once it’s on its way.
Returns & refunds
We want you and your little one to be delighted. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no need to send it back.
Because items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns simply for change of mind. If something isn’t right, please just reach out, we’re reasonable people and we’ll do our best to help.
How to start a claim
Email us at hello@oodleloo.com or use our contact form with your order number and a photo of the issue. We usually reply within 1-2 business days, and refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away, we can usually update it before your order ships, but we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address once dispatched.
