Counting 16 to 20 with Clover

Moo-hi, friends, it's Clover! We counted all the way to fifteen. Today we count five more, sixteen to twenty, our biggest numbers yet. Are you ready to count big?

Sixteen smooth gray pebbles, ten and six more. Count the extra row with me, one, two, three, four, five, six. Ten and six makes sixteen. Can you show me six fingers?

Seventeen white feathers, ten and seven more. Feathers are so light they ride the breeze. Hold up your hand and blow on it gently, whoosh. Can you feel the air?

Eighteen white snowflakes, ten and eight more. Pretend to catch one on your tongue. Brr, so cold! Say this number with me, eighteen. Now shiver like a snowy cow.

Nineteen yellow daisies in the grass, ten and nine more. Can you find the row of nine and point to it? Ten and nine makes nineteen, just one away from twenty!

Twenty round balloons way up high, four rows of five. Our biggest number yet! Point to each row, five, ten, fifteen, twenty. Now wave as they float away!

Let's count them all! Sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty. Hooray! Can you jump up high for twenty? You can count all the way to twenty now, my friend.

Bye for now, counting friend! Tonight, count slowly to twenty while you brush your teeth, and ask a grown-up to join in. See you next time!
