Move and Groove with Zip
Zip plays and learns right along with you, a fun, hands-on adventure for little ones.
Zip leads a game of follow the leader with forward, back, turn and freeze, and kids follow every move.
Hi friends, it's Zip! Last time we tapped our heads and toes. Today let's play follow the leader! I'm at the front, so I'm the leader. Will you follow me?
Leader says, march forward! Lift those knees up high, one, two, three, four. Forward means going the way your nose is pointing. Can you march in place with me?
Now step backward, slow and careful. Look over your shoulder first, so you don't bump into anything. Back, back, back. Which way are your feet going now?
Time to turn all the way around in a circle. Round and round you go, but not too fast! Did you end up facing the same way you started?
Freeze! Hold super still, like a statue. No wiggles, not even a tiny one! Can you stay frozen while I count to three? One, two, three. Great freezing!
Let's put them all together! Forward, back, turn around, and freeze! You're a super follower. Now you pick the next move. Should we go forward, or freeze?
Bye for now, my moving friend! At home, take turns being the leader with a grown-up or a friend. Which move will you call out first? See you next time!
The whole script, in the order it is spoken.

Zip points to head, shoulders, knees and toes, and kids touch each one with him, faster and faster.
Rory meets more big feelings, excited, shy, proud, jealous and loved, and shows kids that every feeling is okay to name.
Boo hops over, hides behind, stands in front and sits between, so kids learn where things are from a new point of view.
Rue is back with four brand new letters, D, E, F and G, plus a fun rhyme to help them stick.
