Let's Pretend with Pearl

Hi friends, it's Pearl. I'm resting in my calm pink pond, dreaming up stories. Today, let's imagine five fun things to be. Close your eyes. Are you ready to pretend?

I'm wearing a silver suit, floating among the stars. I'm an astronaut! Float your arms up slowly, like there's no gravity. What would you see from way up in space?

Now I'm on a little boat, sailing across my pond. I'm a pirate, looking for treasure! Make a telescope with your hands and look around. Do you spot any treasure?

Next, a tall white hat and a big pot. I'm a chef! Stir the pot with me, round and round. What yummy thing would you cook for your family?

Whoosh! With a cape on my back, I'm a superhero, zooming off to help a friend. Stand up, arms out, and fly with me. What would your superhero name be?

With a map in my hands, I'm an explorer, finding places nobody has seen. If you could explore anywhere, where would you go? A jungle, a mountain, or the deep blue sea?

Astronaut, pirate, chef, superhero, explorer. One small pond, and I can be anything I imagine. So can you. Let's imagine! Take a slow, dreamy breath with me.

Bye for now, dreamy friend! Today, pick one thing to be and play it for a whole minute. Maybe a grown-up can guess what you are! Sweet dreams.
