Now listen closely. Boom. Boom. Boom. That's a slow beat, like the big sleepy steps of a bear. Clap your hands slowly with me, one clap, then wait, then another.

Watch me speed up, faster and faster, then slow way down. Fast, then slow! Pat your tummy like a drum and try it. Was my beat fast or slow at the end?

I love dancing to every beat! For fast music, I do tiny quick hops. For slow music, I take big swaying steps. Which dance do you like best, fast or slow?
