A New Point of View with Boo
Boo plays and learns right along with you, a fun, hands-on adventure for little ones.
Boo hops over, hides behind, stands in front and sits between, so kids learn where things are from a new point of view.
Hi friends, it's Boo! Last time we played in, out, on, and under. Tonight in my moonlit clearing, we'll learn four more words that tell us where things are. Are you ready?
Whee, I'm hopping over this mossy log! Over means going across the top. Stand up and do a pretend hop over a log. Ready, jump! How high did you go?
Now I'm hiding behind this big tree. You can only see my face and one paw peeking out. Is there something near you that you could hide behind?
Here I am, standing in front of this round rock. In front means nothing is blocking me. Now hold your hand in front of your eyes. Can you still see me?
Now I'm standing between two spotted mushrooms, one on this side and one on that side. Between means right in the middle. What is between your nose and your chin?
Look, the log, the tree, the rock, and the mushrooms are all here with me! Over, behind, in front, between. Which of those words means right in the middle?
Bye for now, my brave friend! At home, put one toy between two others, then hide one behind a pillow. Can a grown-up find it? See you next time!
