The Four Seasons with Petal

Hi friends, it's Petal! My garden looks different all year long. Today we'll learn the four seasons. Do you know what season it is right now where you live?

Blossoms opening, baby birds chirping. This is spring, when everything is new and starting to grow. Curl up small like a seed, then grow up tall like a flower!

Now the sun is bright and warm. This is summer, my favorite time to play outside all day. What do you love to do on a hot summer day?

Orange leaves drift down around me. This is fall, when the air gets crisp and sweaters come out. Flutter your hands down like falling leaves. Crunch, crunch!

Soft snow floats down and my garden goes quiet. This is winter. Hold out a hand and catch a snowflake. Can you shiver like it's really chilly?

Spring, summer, fall, winter, and then back to spring. The seasons go round and round, like a wheel. Spin around once with me. Which season comes after winter?

Bye for now, my seasonal friend! Look outside with a grown-up and guess which season it is today. What clues can you see? See you next time!
